Refund Policy for Demior

At Demior, we strive to provide the best quality products and customer experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

    Returns

  •  You have **30 calendar days** from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be **unused**, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Some items, such as **personalized** or **clearance** products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description before purchasing.

   Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, and a credit will be applied within 7-10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Exchanges

  • If you need an exchange for a defective or damaged item, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving the product.
  • Items exchanged must be in the same condition as when they were received, and you may be asked to send a photo of the damaged item.
